Joseph and Amina met for the first time at Navy Pier. So when it came time to propose, Joseph knew it would be back in the same location they met. However, since neither of them live in Chicago, a surprise weekend getaway was planned for the proposal!

When these two arrived, it was easy to see how head-over-heels they are for each other. About halfway down the Pier they stopped, and this is where Joseph asked Amina to marry him. She said YES! And amid happy tears and applause from those nearby, a gorgeous engagement ring was slipped onto her finger.

Amina was a rockstar and braved a somewhat chilly evening in her beautiful dress as we walked around the Pier taking photos to commemorate the occasion. Congratulations you two! You were a blast!
